Shwezu T-Bar sandals are classic and comfortable while still making a stunning statement. They are handcrafted by our amazingly talented local shoe designers and include superb features such as: a small heel, leather strap and the use of a combination of genuine leather, African and Shweshwe fabric.
These shoes are very unique. Not one pair looks the same as different parts of the fabric get used every time.

We always endeavour to get your products to you as quickly as possible – normally within 2 to 5 workings days after receiving payment. We deliver all orders using an accredited and professional courier service or registered mail. The courier service only delivers during working hours between 8am - 4pm. Keeping this in mind, rather use your work address or a postal address if you are not available during these hours. Please let us know if it has not arrived within 7 working days.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R99 incl. VAT. However, if your purchase total is above R1000, you will receive free delivery.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User's chosen delivery address in the same good order. If you are unhappy with some aspect of the product(s) on arrival, please see our return and exchange policy.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or products have been discontinued. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to email@example.com or 012 667 3109.
We are confident that you will absolutely love our products. If for any reason you’re not happy with something, you may return items purchased online to the Shwezu Head Office (79 Jean Ave, Doringkloof, Centurion) for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided the items are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of purchase. Gift vouchers purchased will not be refunded.
Returns must be received in an unworn / saleable condition with original proof of purchase.
We will send a courier to collect your return. There will be no additional cost if you are exchanging a size in the same style. If you are however changing to a different style, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. An R80 handling fee will be deducted off of your refund or exchange to cover this.
Should you live in the Pretoria/Centurion area you have the option of doing an exchange or refunding your purchase at no extra cost at our Head office in 79 Jean Ave, Doringkloof, Centurion.
For a refund or exchange simply email us with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your refund will be given via an EFT into a cheque/savings account. Please supply your banking details and branch code on your email to us.
Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your return. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.
