Stock availability

You acknowledge that stock of all Goods on offer is limited. In the case of Goods for sale by Shwezu, Shwezu will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When Goods are no longer available after placing an order, Shwezu will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid by you for such Goods.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Shwezu product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Shwezu reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Shwezu reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Shwezu shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
